Shipping policy
We guarantee consumer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, an exchange for an item of the same value or a refund is allowed. The return of the item (s) is at the customer's expense.
We accept exchanges or refunds for a period of 30 days following purchase. The item must be returned in its original condition.
Special orders and promotional items are not exchangeable or refundable.
Order processing time varies from 1 to 3 days.

WARRANTY
Our products are made from new materials and the production techniques used have been tested and approved by our passionate team. We are therefore committed to repairing all products that have defects related to our manufacturing processes.
Exclusions
The label attached to our products says that only our manufacturing processes are guaranteed (e.g., seams).
The following cases are excluded:
- Broken clasp;
- Perforated fabrics;
- Improper washing;
- Broken chains ;
- Normal wear and tear.
- Undue wait before proceeding with the repair.
